I tried my best to please you. I built a wrapper around you to keep you warm and cozy. I talked to you every day and fed you with premium quality test data. You even told me how you’d like to have it prepared, and I carefully fulfilled your needs. You know I busted my ass to do you the right way. So how come you are sitting with your arms crossed, and when I ask you what’s wrong, you just say “internal systems error”? I really wish you’d be more forthcoming than that. You know you can talk to me about anything. You know how I would spend several days trying to compensate for my shortcomings of being a human, and look past your unorganized mess of less pretty objects in your user space. And yet you still give me the silent treatment?
Please let us work things out, for both our sakes, and I will let other people talk to you and serve you lots of delicious data for many years to come. However, if you choose to continue your escapades, I will no longer fall for your wet soapy interface and I will tell the world what a mean bitch you are to me!

Between christmas and new years, i decided that i’d had enough of all the trivial tasks that sometimes made me hate my day to day work, and that it was time for a change. So i grabbed myself by the balls, told myself i was awesome, and applied for a couple of job positions.
The amount of available web development jobs in my city was limited to say the least, but i managed to dust one up, where i would work as a PHP & MySQL developer, and better yet, it was within walking distance. The job description was kinda vague, and i had no real idea about what the company did for a living. I googled their name, and came up with nothing, and i thought to myself: “Who, in this day and age, can run a company without any sort of online presence?”. It was mind buggling. I hit up the company name in the national registry, which told me that they operated in the area of business counseling, which could mean anything. Even though i was confused as hell about what i could be going into, i sent out my application.
